The Adaptable Thrive: Developing Supply Chain Resilience

On a seemingly increasing basis, geopolitical, environmental, economic and a host of other influences are driving more risk into company supply chains. Those same supply chains have generally become more complex and more international in the last 2 decades as the competition and markets have evolved.

This session looks at the leadership role for Procurement professionals in understanding and developing resilience in their supply chains. It will provide some techniques that can be applied to map out the resilience and facilitate the decision-making around reducing an organisations’ exposure to continuity of supply risks.
