James understands the interactions of law, business and technology. 10 years as a lawyer (Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy) plus 10 years for 3 global businesses (Senior Vice President & General Counsel) inspired a fascination in how failing to get the right information to the right people at the right time, is a significant negative drag on efficiency, compliance, growth and team management, for both internal enterprise operations and the B2B space. His first company, focusing on procurement data and contract Applications, listed on AIM. In 2013 he co-founded AnyDATA Solutions which in 2017 and 2018 won Awards for its rapid start, co-build B2B & Enterprise Innovation Platform and Applications MarketPlace.
