Paul joined the business in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience to the business; he has previously held a number of senior customer service positions at Coda plc, UNIT4, Stibo Systems, TechnologyOne and has extensive knowledge of commercial, government, not for profit and education business sectors, along with hands on knowledge of delivering and supporting SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.

For the UK business, Paul will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer experience covering Professional Services, Training and Customer Support.
