Director of Procurement & Contracts, NELFT, BEH and C&I Procurement Shared Services
Pav Devsi is the Director of Procurement & Contracts for the NELFT, BEH and C&I Procurement Shared Service, which collectively covers c. £217 million of non-pay expenditure across London, Essex and Kent.
She has previously held positions in local government and the private sector as a procurement lead within transformation programmes. Her category specialism is in Information Technology and Professional Services.
She is passionate about scaling procurement best practice in the NHS and for that reason is Chair of the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Stakeholder Forum and also a member of the LPP Steering Board, the London Procurement Skills Development Network (LPSDN) and the CIPS Central London Branch.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Master’s Degree – LL.M. in Public Procurement Law and Policy and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPS.
