When does eWorld take place?

eWorld takes place twice a year; Spring and Autumn.

Who attends?

The event is targeted at senior business executives from the commercial, public and third sector, with responsibility for implementing or sourcing web-enabled procurement & supply chain strategies and technologies within their own organisation. Delegates may be from large or small to medium sized business; targeting B2B as well as B2C customers.

How much does it cost as a delegate?

eWorld Procurement & Supply is FREE TO ATTEND

(Just make sure you meet the criteria – eWorld is free for delegates with the responsibility for implementing or sourcing procurement / supply chain products or services within their own organisation).

Is there a charge for not attending?

There is no charge but please do let us know either by emailing eworldps@revolution-events.com  or call us on 01892 820930.

Who is exhibiting?

Take a look at the exhibitor list or request a floor plan to see who you can meet in the exhibition area on the day.

The exhibition area will be open from 9.00am.

About the Conference Programme

Q.7

How do I book my seminar sessions of choice?

The programme for February 2023 will be launched nearer to the event, there will be a session booking form is available to book onto. Once registered you will be sent a personalised link asking you to choose your sessions.

What happens if I didn’t choose any sessions?

Don’t worry if you didn’t choose your sessions in advance as there is space in most sessions available on the day.
Bear in mind that the workshop sessions are for pre-booked delegates only. For late availability please check at the registration desk.

Where do the seminars take place?

The location of seminars will be announced soon.
You will be given a guide on the day and a handy “at a glance” guide.
You can also ask any of our staff on hand.

Will I receive a copy of presentation slides post event?

Presentations will be provided post event on completion of the event feedback form which will be emailed to you shortly after the event.

On the Day of the Event

Registration queries

The registration desk opens at 9:00am and will be open throughout the event.

Your badge will be posted to you ahead of the event, please remember to bring it with you on the day – if it doesn’t arrive for any reason, don’t worry we will print another on your arrival.

Onsite registration will be available but we ask that you meet our delegate criteria, entry to the event may be refused.

Your badge barcode will be scanned upon entry to the event and any seminars you attend. It may also be scanned by exhibitors in the Exhibition Area.

What is the dress code?

Conference attire is business casual for all events. Please remember conference rooms temperatures may not be to your personal preference, so come prepared with an additional layer.

What are the refreshments? Do I have to pay for these?

Breakfast bites will be served at 9.00am on a first come, first served basis.

There will be free tea & coffee throughout the day in the Exhibition Area.

Lunch – sponsored by Proactis – will be available free to delegates in the Exhibition Area at 1.15pm.

What if I have a question on the day?

Please visit the Information Desk, situated inside the Exhibition Hall or ask a member of staff at the Registration Desk who will be happy to help.

About the Venue

Is there free Wi-Fi and somewhere to charge my phone?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the venue, no password required .

If you require a phone charger, please visit the venue reception desk, where there are a limited number available.

Can I leave luggage in a cloakroom?

There is a free-of-charge cloakroom available on the ground floor.

What facilities available at the Grand Connaught Rooms?

The Reception desk on the ground floor can help with a number of requirements.
