The Top Five Causes of P2P Project Failure and How to Prevent Them

It is often said that more is learnt from failure than success. In this session one of our Senior Consultants explores the top five reasons for project failure when implementing eProcurement solutions. He will then hold a Q&A session with AIB, a Xoomworks client who has successfully implemented both an Ariba and Coupa solution. Together they will explore the practical measures AIB took in order to ensure a successful outcome.

Covered in this session:

  • The five most common causes of P2P project failure
  • How to mitigate the risk of failure
  • Q&A with AIB – lessons learnt from two large P2P implementations

Benefits of attending this session:

  • The opportunity to question someone who has successfully implemented two different P2P solutions (Ariba and Coupa)
  • Hear first hand the perspective of an experienced P2P Project Manager
  • How to mitigate the risk of failure
