Brenda is Business Change Manager in AIB and has been involved in the implementation and management of the Organisation’s Procure to Pay platforms since 2001. She was the Procurement Lead responsible for the implementation of a “No PO, No Pay” Policy using the Ariba platform. More recently, Brenda was the Business Lead on the Project Team responsible in the implementation of Coupa which was launched in AIB on 28th February, 2017. Brenda has previous Procurement experience in AIB and now heads up the Accounts Payable function which includes responsibility for the management of the Coupa application.

In this session one of our Senior Consultants explores the top five reasons for project failure when implementing eProcurement solutions. He will then hold a Q&A session with AIB, a Xoomworks client who has successfully implemented both an Ariba and Coupa solution. Together they will explore the practical measures AIB took in order to ensure a successful outcome.
