Martin is part of the management team at Xoomworks and has been part of the team since 2006. He is responsible for building the delivery capability within the Xoomworks Procurement Consulting team and aligning the Xoomworks value propositions with partner technologies. Martin’s role brings him onto many of the Xoomworks projects in an advisory and strategic manner, where he ensures the technical solution is aligned with the business requirements and will ultimately deliver success.
Martin has been delivering successful projects for more than 25 years, including the first UK electronic invoicing project in early 2000 and a procurement transformation project at Sky, which resulted in Hackett benchmarking Sky as ‘world class’ and Xoomworks being nominated as best procurement services provider in 2013. He ran one of the first Coupa implementations in Europe in 2012 and since then has provided support to approximately twenty five subsequent projects
Martin is also Executive Sponsor and Engagement Manager for a number of Xoomworks strategic accounts where he manages the relationship with the client. His delivery and management skills are based on an ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers at all levels combined with a strong knowledge of the underlying technologies being implemented. He is a certified Coupa Implementation Consultant, Ariba Consultant and was previously a SAP BASIS Consultant.
Martin has advised brands such as British Airways, Bourne Leisure, Diageo, DS Smith, Eircom, Swiss Re, Sandvik, Daily Mail Group, Ahold, Commerzbank, Nokia, Sky, SONY, Sanofi-Aventis, Allied Irish Bank, 3M, Yorkshire Water Services and HSBC.
